Beth Ellis |
Beth is a life-long resident of Bloomington. She graduated from Bloomington High School South in 1984 and from Indiana University in 1988. Beth worked at IU in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions from 1990 to 2001.
In 2001, Beth joined Tim, as a sales agent. She has since earned her Broker’s license, her Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) designation, and her Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Indiana Association of REALTORS (IAR), and the Bloomington Board of REALTORS (BBOR).
Beth has been very involved in the Bloomington Board of REALTORS and has served as the First Vice President of the Board, Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, President, and immediate past-president of the Bloomington Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and as a member of the grievance committee.

As a member of the Network of Independent Brokers, Beth meets weekly with this group to discuss client needs and to tour new listings. Beth is also very active in the Bloomington and Indiana University communities. Currently she serves as:
